ToDo Pilot

If you have a lot of work to do, the best course of action is to organize your tasks in a To-Do list. This is how you may complete all your work, one step at a time and make sure that you don't forget anything. ToDo Pilot allows you to store all your tasks in the same place, prioritize them and categorize them according to when you intend to carry out a certain action. Thanks to its simple, but modern design, you will not encounter any difficulties or spend too much time organizing your task, which gives you the possibility of focusing on the actual tasks.

The application is free to try, for a limited period of time, after which you must purchase a license. It is compatible with Windows XP and any later version. Due to its modest system requirements, you will not have to sacrifice too much disk space or processing power.

The user interface is clean and simple. You can add your tasks on different tabs, depending on when you intend to execute them. The available tabs are colored differently and they represent tasks for the current day, week, month and year, as well as tasks without a specific timetable. New tasks are created on a separate window, on which you must type a title and description, select one or more time periods, like today, this week and so on.

You can also select a color, when creating a task. The available colors don't have a specific meaning, so you may color code your tasks, depending on their priority, category or anyway you want. By default, the colors are displayed on boxes, but you can replace them with other icons, like asterisks, numbers or letters, in the general settings menu. Tasks can be marked as complete at any time, but you can also clone them and move them to other tabs.
